APPLICATION

• 500dhs non refundable application fee
• Completed Application Form
• 6 passport size photos
• 2 copies of the applicant's passport and visa page
• A copy of the most recent school report as well as the final school report of the previous year, in English or Arabic.
• A copy of the Immunization Record
• Completed Medical Form
• 2  copies of the Birth Certificate  in English or Arabic
  • Translations must be done in the UAE by an approved legal translator.
  • Attestation is required for all issuing countries except America, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

• Copy of sponsor's passport and visa page.
  • Father's passport and family book copy for Emirati applicants

• If  any answers are 'yes' to the Learning and Behaviours Support section of the application form, a copy of the diagnostic testing results  and educational  assessments are required

Once all the application requirements have been met an assessment date will be set.  The students are interviewed and assessed on their English and Math skills.The assessment will take about 1 hour.

KG students are observed while they partake in activities and interact with other children.  Please note that it is a requirement that KG students be fully toilet trained.

OUTCOME OF ASSESSMENT

Acceptance to our school is contingent upon the results of the assessment, student interview and former school history. You will be advised of the status of your application within 7 days from the date of assessment.  You will be advised either by phone or by email.

OFFER OF ADMISSION

A student may not start the academic year unless the first term fee has been paid in full.

Once you receive an admissions offer from us you will need to supply the following immediately:

• Transportation Form (if required)
• Grade acknowledgement letter
• Course selection form for Grades 8,9 and 10
• Transfer Certificate
  • Transferring within the UAE

You will need to request a Transfer Certificate from the school you are leaving before your last day.  This certificate then needs to be completed by our school after which you need to take it to the Abu Dhabi Education Zone.  Once the Abu Dhabi Education Zone has completed the form you need to return it to us.

• Transferring from outside the UAE

The current school will need to provide a transfer certificate (see template) printed on their letterhead and stamped with the official school stamp. The certificate needs to be attested for all issuing countries except America, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
