Week Without Walls 2010 - Information

Date: March 4-13^th (specific travel dates will vary within these 'outside date boundaries' depending on flight availability.

Step one: Reserve a Space

To reserve a space, the following items need to be submitted to the trip leader by Wednesday December 16^th.

1.       Signed permission form (please click here to download the permission form.)

2.       Photocopy of passport

3.       Photocopy of residence visa ( if still pending , please let us know)

Students need to also complete a copy of the " Student Application Form" .

Step Two: Non refundable deposit due in January 2010

In early January, money collection will begin, There will be a slightly staggered payment schedule available whenever possible. Payments are non- refundable and must be made in cash.

Step 3: Further information will come from the trip leaders.

• Other optional activities may be offered
• Donations for community service supplies
