Welcome to Grade 4!

Wow! Half way through the year already! We are about to start our favourite unit of the year - 'Shop 'til you Drop' better known as Market day.

In this unit students will look at the concepts of supply and demand, needs and wants, products and services and business structures . They will apply what they have learned by making products and offering services to the teachers and then on market day, to the entire school. It is a great day and the children always come away with a sense of achievement, not to mention the money which they choose to spend on something around the school. Last year the students made around 11,000 Dirhams which they chose to spend on soft furnishings in the library.

We really love to have the parents involved in market day too, so see you there!
