Document Requests

We would be happy to help you with your request for official school documentation. In order to facilitate your request, please complete the Document Request Form.

You will be able to request reports, transcripts, confirmation of enrolment and other official documents. Current students leaving at the end of the year must contact Admissions for the Withdrawal Form.

Allow 7-10 business days for delivery of documents. Please allow additional time for requests in July and August.

At this time we are not processing hardcopy document requests per government regulations as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Current Students

Managebac reports

Managebac reports are available online through your account. Note that Raha does not provide printed copies of ManageBac reports.

You may, however, bring printed reports into the Admissions Office if you would like them to be stamped. If you are not able to access your reports in ManageBac this is likely due to unpaid fees and/or missing library books.

eSIS (ADEK) report cards

eSIS (ADEK) report cards are only available at the end of the academic year. These are released in the ADEK system in August.

If you require attestation you may collect the printed copy from the school and take it to the ADEK office in the Ministries Complex near Khalifa Park.

Reference requests must be made directly to your child’s homeroom teacher or advisor.

Leaving Students

Transfer Certificates

Transfer Certificates are an official document from ADEK that give a summary of your child’s enrolment history. Mid-year transfer certificates can be requested by filling in the withdrawal form. 

For the end of year transfer certificates, note that ADEK will not issue these before the end of the academic year. The date for the release of this document is subject to change. If you require ADEK attestation, you will need to take the document to ADEK offices for their stamp.

Note: that transfer certificates are not needed for transfer within Abu Dhabi. This is done with a digital transfer between schools in the eSIS system.

Former Students

The school holds the following records of former students for up to 5 years after leaving:

  • ADEK Transfer Certificate
  • School Reports
  • Transcripts (only Grades 9-12)
  • ADEK eSIS Report Card

If you require ADEK attestation, you will need to take the document to ADEK offices for their stamp.
